Since joining in 2016 as a server, she has advanced through roles in operations, marketing, events, and administration before stepping into HR leadership. Today, she oversees HR functions for over 300 employees, supporting growth and organizational development. Carmen has implemented initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and process improvement, while also supporting expansion beyond Hawai'i. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is SHRM-CP certified. Carmen is passionate about building strong teams and fostering a culture rooted in aloha.
