Beyond his business achievements, Donovan is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He supports the military, local law enforcement, upcoming mixed martial arts fighters, and community sports programs such as surfing, baseball, and flag football through financial gifts, in-kind donations, and sponsorships. Donovan has been married to Devina for 6 years and they have six children, Gabe, Jonah, Makelah, Stella, CJ, and Skyler and one grandchild, Aurora.

With over 15 years of multifaceted experience in operations, strategic planning. and financial management, Matthew Asato is a dynamic leader committed to strategic excellence, servant leadership, and leadership development. Born and raised in Wahiawa, Hawaii, he holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University. As Executive Vice President and Vice President of Operations at 604 Hospitality Group, Matt has overseen the expansion from one restaurant to eight, employing over 400 people and driving significant revenue growth. He manages prime costs, sets financial targets, and collaborates with the President/Owner on scaling operations. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Tecdonor and held various leadership roles at Buckner International, where he managed budgets, teams, and global program effectiveness, traveling around the world to lead teams in South Texas, Africa, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. Matt has been married to Rachel for 20 years, and they have two sons, Joshua and Caleb.
Harold Beltran
Harold Beltran Executive Chef
Harold Beltran is a distinguished Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary arts, specializing in creative recipe and menu development, local island fusion cuisine, and specialty presentation. He has led food operations at prestigious establishments, including 604 Hospitality Group, Sam Choy's Seafood Grilled and Hapa Bar, Yard House - Waikiki, Macaroni Grill, BluWater Grill, Kani Ka Pila Grille, Palomino Euro Bistro, and Ryan's Grill. Harold's expertise encompasses guest relations, purchasing and inventory control, special events planning, cost containment, food safety, and kitchen development. His contributions have consistently resulted in balanced food and labor costs, improved kitchen operations, increased sales, and enhanced guest satisfaction. Born in the Philippines, Harold has lived in Hawaii for nearly 40 years. He has been married to Arlene for 22 years and is the proud father of three boys: Hansen, Harley, and Haziel.

Colonel Toma is a highly accomplished Sales and Marketing Manager with over 20 years of experience in the beer, wine, and spirits industry. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he excels in leading sales strategies, brand management, and
market growth initiatives. Known for his deep market knowledge and innovative approach, Colonel has successfully introduced and expanded numerous brands in both on-premise and off-premise markets. He has built strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers, achieving corporate objectives and driving significant revenue growth. Throughout his career, he has held key roles at Paradise Beverages, Clear Channel Communications iHeart Media, MillerCoors, TEAM Enterprises, and RNDC of Hawaii, managing diverse teams, executing strategic plans, and consistently exceeding performance targets. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for 604 Hospitality Group, Colonel develops and implements strategic plans to increase market share and brand recognition, achieving and exceeding revenue and margin targets. Colonel has been married to Kristy for 8 years and has a son and a daughter, Kyrie, and Kysen.
