Donovan Maples is the owner and operator of multiple high-performing dining establishments across Hawai'i, with a proven ability to transform underperforming businesses into profitable ventures. His expertise in hospitality, vendor relations, and vision for growth drives operational excellence and strong guest experiences. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Donovan has successfully managed large teams, provided jobs for nearly 400 employees, and expanded the business beyond the Hawaiian Islands into Las Vegas. Beyond business, he is deeply committed to giving back, supporting the military, law enforcement, and local sports programs through donations and sponsorships, strengthening community and brand impact.

Matthew Asato is a seasoned operations executive with 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and leadership development. As Executive Vice President and Vice President of Corporate Services at 604 Hospitality Group, he has helped grow the company from one to eight locations, overseeing more than 400 employees and driving strong financial performance. He leads cost management, budgeting, HR, accounting, and corporate systems while partnering with ownership on growth initiatives. Previously, Matt served as COO at Tecdonor and held leadership roles at Buckner International, managing global programs and teams. He is committed to servant leadership and building high-performing teams.
Jordan Camara
Vice President of Operations
With over 15 years of hospitality experience, Jorden Camara is an operations executive who has advanced through every level of the restaurant industry, from front-of-house service and mixology to senior leadership. Known for building strong teams and developing high-performing General Managers, Jorden leads with a hands-on approach focused on accountability, mentorship, and operational excellence. As Vice President of Operations at 604 Hospitality Group, Jorden oversees multi-unit operations, driving financial performance, strategic planning, and sustainable growth. His expertise includes budgeting, cost control, and guest experience, with a proven ability to deliver results while maintaining strong team culture and brand standards.

Alex "Kaleo" Richardson is a dedicated hospitality leader with a passion for building strong kitchen teams and driving operational excellence. Since joining 604 Hospitality Group in 2019, he has advanced through multiple roles, earning recognition for his consistency, leadership, and commitment to quality. Carmen Jones is the Director of Human Resources and Benefits for 604 Hospitality Group, leading HR strategy and operations across multiple locations. Since joining in 2016 as a server, she has advanced through roles in operations, marketing, events, and administration before stepping into HR leadership. Today, she oversees HR functions for over 300 employees, supporting growth and organizational development. Carmen has implemented initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and process improvement, while also supporting expansion beyond Hawai'i. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is SHRM-CP certified. Carmen is passionate about building strong teams and fostering a culture rooted in aloha.

Ryan Barayuga is the Director of Quality Assurance for 604 Hospitality Group, responsible for maintaining food and beverage quality standards across all locations. He partners with operations leadership to ensure consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and exceptional guest experiences. Since joining in 2019 as a Line Cook, Ryan has advanced through multiple roles, including Kitchen Manager and Senior Kitchen Manager, earning recognition for his leadership and performance. He has improved operational efficiency by streamlining inventory processes and reducing food costs, while implementing training programs that strengthen team performance. Known for his attention to detail, Ryan plays a key role in driving quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
